When will my order ship?

  • Orders will be sent out the following Wednesday from when the order was placed. A tracking link will be e-mailed to you once it has been shipped. 
Where do you ship?
  • Please click the link below for countries the USPS is NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO (under "International Mail Service Suspensions")
  • Countries NOT accepting USPS shipments
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for any possible VAT expenses
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RECIPIENTS IN BRAZIL 
  • When placing your order, please be sure to include your Tax ID in the notes section. 
Group Orders
  • Please message me first if you intend to organize a GO. Orders that are suspicious without first contacting me will be contacted or refunded. When placing your order, please leave a note that it is a GO. 
Do you provide refunds?
  • All sales are final. I make sure to package the orders safely using clear bags 🌱, backings 🌱, and rigid mailers 🌱.  Choosing insured shipping is highly recommended, especially for international orders. You must contact me about any insurance-related concerns within 120 days after your package has been shipped out. By purchasing, you understand that I am not liable for any uninsured lost or stolen items. If there is something wrong with the product (i.e. I send the wrong item, item missing), please contact me. In addition, if you forget to enter a discount code, I unfortunately cannot refund you for this reason.

What happens if my item is lost/stolen but I did not get insurance?

  • If you would like to try repurchasing, I will provide a 10% discount code for your order. However, the customer will be responsible for shipping expenses. 
What happens if my package gets sent back?
  • If your package is sent back, I will happily reship it. However, the customer will be responsible for shipping expenses. Please always make sure that your address is entered correctly, and email me if you need to make a correction before the shipping period.
